If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, carriers will impose a reconsignment fee. We'll promptly notify you via email about the carrier's fee, and if we don't receive confirmation regarding the fee and address change, we'll leave the address unchanged. Please be aware that if the carrier attempts delivery to the original address and is unsuccessful, redelivery fees may apply in addition to any reconsignment fees.
Upon receiving your order, thoroughly inspect the items and packaging for any damage or missing items. If any part of your order is damaged or missing, it's crucial to follow these steps:
1. Note the issue clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.In the event of damage during transit, we must engage with the carrier to seek reimbursement for damages. Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage implies acceptance of the shipment in its reported condition. Failure to document damage on the delivery receipt may preclude us from guaranteeing compensation for damages. If part or all of your shipment is damaged and not documented on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee compensation for damages. If a shipment is lost, we prioritize finding the items, and if located, we continue with delivery to your location. If deemed lost, we work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.
Similarly, upon receipt of your order, inspect it for any damaged, lost, or missing items. Contact us within 5 business days of receipt if any part of your order is missing or damaged. We may request photographs of the damage to assist in the resolution process. In rare instances where our carriers lose a shipment, we prioritize locating the items and work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Traces with ground carriers typically take approximately 1-3 business days to complete.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on proximity to shipping location and shipping method selected.
We primarily ship within the U.S. Some international shipping available. Not available to PO boxes, APO/FPO boxes, or Viabox. We're unable to guarantee delivery to carrier terminals or store locations.
If your order is shipped to a U.S.-based freight forwarder, our Shipping Policies apply upon receipt by the forwarder. Leevot is not liable for damaged, missing, or materially different items if the freight forwarder fails to adhere to our Shipping and Returns policies.
Our packaging is designed to safeguard the contents of your order during transit. While occasional packaging damage may occur, compensation is not offered for such damage as the packaging is intended to protect the shipped products. Occasionally, we utilize recycled boxes that may have unrelated descriptions printed on them to promote eco-friendliness and cost savings, which translates into lower prices for our customers. Please inspect the actual items inside the packaging before refusing a shipment due to incorrect information on the boxes.
Certain items on our Services may not be stocked in our warehouses. These items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or brought into our warehouse with the next stock order from the manufacturer before being shipped to you. Please note that special order items may not be cancelable once the order is placed and may not be returnable.
While we make efforts to consolidate shipments, we cannot guarantee that every item will ship together due to sourcing variations.
